Our Roots
Our passion is for 25 hectares of land.
Old production techniques, short production chain and sustainability. In perfect harmony with the rhythm of nature, we pick up and process fruits and vegetables from our fields, the way our grandfathers did.
We only cultivate in the open field, in the sun, between the earth and the sea. We start our day at dawn, walking over a millenary land, under the protection of the ancient Greek gods and their imposing testimony.
Our Human Value
We do our work with passion, humbleness and enthusiasm, devoting our care and time to each single fruit, which is precious and sacred in its simplicity.

Preservation of the harvest
We love our land, chest treasure of life, mother and nourishment and we defend it by practising an integrated producion agriculture, by which we preserve the harvest in a natural way.
Natural resources are our precious ally, we protect them, by using an agricultural system having a low environmental impact.
We preserve the harvest by using natural methods: salt, oil, vinegar, sugar, are only some of the preservation methods used since ancient times up to date.
